A month ago, my best guy friend asked some other girl out. But she turned him down and said that she couldn't until she got older. Then I asked him out and him and me became gf/bf. I told my other friend about this and she said, "The only reason why he's going out with you is because he can't go out with that other girl!" Now I'm starting to believe her. I don't know why. What can I do to find out if it's true?Wondering Hard

You don't need to listen to your friend on this one. You've been going out with this guy for a month now... What has been your experience? Does he treat you with respect? Do you feel cared for?
You're the only one who knows what it feels like to be in this relationship... Your friend doesn't.
If you have some doubts based on FACTS of the way you've been treated, then talk to your boyfriend about it.
